Unity Puente

Unity Puente is an engaging and dynamic facilitator empowering leaders at CPS Energy. As Leadership Development Program Manager, she is responsible for empowering current and emerging leaders through monthly cohort training to improve safety, effectiveness, and engagement of our people and organization. Ms. Puente has a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Sciences, Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a minor in Chemistry from the University of the Incarnate Word. Her background and over 10 years in education from the high school classroom to leadership roles has provided the foundation and passion to develop diverse leaders. She develops trust- based relationships with key leaders to cultivate partnerships within organizations and the community. She is involved in organizations dedicated to the professional advancement of women and young professionals.
