Strengthening Texas Communities

Since 2006, Healthy Futures of Texas has worked to

reduce unplanned and teen pregnancies

through science-based education and advocacy efforts that

empower young people, women, and families

to make the best decisions for their futures

We drive progress for a healthier Texas

At the Texas legislature, state agencies, school districts and city councils, we're there to ensure the best policies are enacted and budgets for healthcare are preserved and expanded.

We work with youth, parents, schools and community colleges to implement high quality sex ed and clinical referral programs that move the needle on adolescent health outcomes.

Curriculum Design

From traditional multi-lesson facilitator-led curricula for youth and parents to innovative strategies involving youth as curriculum co-developers, we're a leader in developing sex ed that works.

Our partners include government agencies, universities and colleges, school districts and non profits, creating a collaborative network that strengthens communities across the state.

You're a part of this, too.

One-time and monthly donations keep our work in motion. We need your support.

All the news you need, delivered fresh to your inbox monthly.
